How Do You Know For Sure???

I have been in a relationship for a quite some time now but don't know for sure whether I should propose or not. I am not really afraid she will say no or anything, I just don't know if this is "it" or whatever.

How do you know for sure?

Everyone acts like they know but they don't...

I would say that you are the only one who can answer that question.

There is this idea of "the perfect woman" that everyone tries to live up to and its insane. The perfect woman for you could be thousands of different women from anywhere in the world.

The key to the perfect woman is actually having a relationship. You don't fall in love with a girl because right when you meet her you find out she plays golf and loves to watch football and drink beer and play video games, and she's hot - that stuff is wonderful, but it doesn't make love happen. Love occurs over time, and when you have had a relationship with someone for multiple years that love grows into something more and more important. I've been in a relationship for many years and have realized that love isn't just this thing that "happens." You have to be an adult, compromise, create a quality relationship, and CREATE love.

So if someone tells you something like "Well, if you're not sure you want to get married, then she's probably not the one," just ignore them!

Love takes time and effort, so you have to find someone you simply enjoy being around, and also who has a generally similar outlook on life and how it should be lived. Beyond that, life is too complex to narrow down into a "Yes She is the one" or a "no way" type of answer. Good luck!

Just Try

If you feel that this is the right time to proposed to her, don't hesitate. Just do it.

How does a woman know for sure?

Women know when it is right to marry. Men only guess at it. Women are in touch with their inner selves. Men are in touch with their outer selves. Women can see the future. Men see only the present. Women hold love together. Men only take it. Together, a good woman and a selfish man can come together and form a unbreakable bond. A woman will be practical and know that her man is selfish. She will keep him responsible because she is the stronger of the two. Women don't worry about getting married. It is where they prevail. I don't know if that is true of foreign women, but it is for american women.
