....put on my fighting gloves or take the high road...
my incompetent wife just took my 2 month old daughter and ran away and told me to figure out visitation rights.
She pulls this shit when she doesnt get her way....just to show you how much of a POS she is, she is on facebook, no sooner than 3 hours from when she text me that, chatting away and making jokes with my brother (who is out of state) on my page. This who thing is a joke and =she thinks she can get me to bow down to her needs because shes a women and will get my childsupport and custody if we got to divorce court.
Keep in mind shes a street girl...she acts like she has nothing to lose....she call cops, cry, make up domestic violence, call the cops to kick me out of our own home because i want to sleep early from being tired at work and get into a small fight..shes unemployed and we have a 2 month old daughter.
so i need help....is it time to spend my entire savings and hire a lawyer and call her bluff? I dont want a divorce...and i want her to just start acting like a wife....but if i just keep giving it, she will keep acting like she put this over my head and do it over and over when she doesnt get her way....i have already witnessed it starting...ARGHH

sounds frustrating
Really sorry to hear about your situation, but it definitely seems like you are trying to force something that isn't totally there. It's hardest to deal with because you have a daughter together. You said yourself that you want your wife to just start acting like a wife, but she obviously isn't the person you want to be married to. If she consistently accuses you of violence, runs off on her own, and won't even let you go to sleep early cuz of work, there is a big problem there. It's hard to say what you should choose to do in this situation, but if you didn't have a daughter together things would be different. The key here is make sure you daughter is taken care of, then do what you need to do to make yourself happy.
